Thanks Phil.... I'm done with the bad attitude now. The workout was good. I didn't do that spiderman machine because it was just too busy in the gym today! I'm like what the heck, doesn't anybody have anything better to do on Saturday! I was able to jump on one of the treadmills as someone was leaving and get about 20 minutes of alternate walking and jogging. I then headed downstairs to the "big boy" gym as I call it to work out my chest, shoulders and triceps. <<<Funny how most women workout on the equipment upstairs by the cardio machines but I don't care.>>> Do you belong to a fitness place or have a home gym in your man cave?

MG- I figure if it is giving results for us, then so be it. You know wht they say about opinions For every good thing about CLA on the web, there are 10 bad things...to each their own. If it works for you, then keep it. If it's something that is not worth it to you, we will love you anyway


I started everything today. I am too excited to wait until Monday and no time like the present right?? I started back to everything I know that's good for me. CO, CLA/GLA, and LC!! I did really well today, but had no appetite. I even went to a birthday party and made sure I ate before going and brought 2 cheesesticks to snack on. They had pizza and cake and I touched nothing!! That's a pretty good start I think!
We shall see how the scale treats me tomorrow as I am obsessed and weight everyday to keep me on track

We have an eliptical trainer, a weight bench and free weights. I wanted a bowflex but figured It would be use more for hanging clothes then working out. I like the free weights better anyhow.

Now that I have my computer down here I can just listen to music off the hard drive instead of worrying about my headphone cables getting all caught up in things. See...I have no excuses anymore. Guess I got to start lifting now.

You can do it!!!! You will see how addicting it is once you start but you already knew that. I just got my DH motivated to hit the gym again. It won't take him long to get back. You guys always have a way of making things seem so easy!

CRAP!!!! It's almost 7. I got busy doing stuff downstairs and forgot to eat. I try not to eat after 7 everyday. Oopps! Gotta go grill something!

I started the combo a while back and then quit b/c I didn't think I needed it anymore. Well I am back on it and have been for about a month and I can tell its working by the way the clother fit. I take no measurement just happy when clothes feel good. My question is I picked up some Thermo Cla by mistake what is the difference if any and should I take it back to GNC and get the plain CLA?

Evening dear ones!

I've been at my spiritual mom's house all day, hooking up her DSL and tweaking her computer. I'm exhausted!

She and her hubby took me out to a Thai restaurant for lunch and I had the most delicious coconut chicken soup. MMMM. Nice and comforting AND LC!

Here's my eating day:

Breakfast:
Protein shake w/ organic flax seed

Lunch:

Coconut Chicken soup

Supper:
Juniper's Flax Tortilla stuffed with:
roasted wild salmon fillet
roasted broccoli
sour cream

Drinking warm Candy Cane herbal tea w/ stevia. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

I just read Johnny Bowden's "Living The LowCarb Life" and he doesn't recommend CLA either. He does recommend GLA though. Interesting-I'll have to do some more research.

hmm Well I could see how long-term use might not be good but a month or 2 shouldn't be too harmful i hope. I mean flossing is recommended but who does it every day? lol

Phil....Your boy Tim lost last night by submission to the Brazillian. A guillotine choke ended it in the 3rd round for him. Mir beat Lesnar in 90 seconds with a leg choke! That Jiu Jitsu is some powerful stuff! Have you seen how big Lesnar is?

Is it ok to take the comboo while on a diet pill? Or just take one or the other? My friend is on Phentermine and was wondering if it will interfere with her taking that.

To be honest I wouldnt take them both. Is your friend doing any special diet with the phentermine? I use to take those and they made me so wired and jittery.

Morning All !!!

Well im back up this morning but Im sure water weight cause I ate a spoon of cream cheese and some nuts yesterday so those are bad culprits for me. I am elimanating the cream cheese all together for a while and going to baggy the nuts cause i have no control its like m&ms to me.

So what is everyone's plans for big game? I only watch for the ads lol. Only time i watch football is if its Atlanta or Tennessee.

Menu today is :
2 sonic burritos ( threw away burritos and scraped insides into a bowl lol)
1 coffee w/ cream and splenda

1/2 flax muffin with added coconut extract for a different zip

L: Grilled burger with cheese, pickle and mustard and some mixed broccoli and snow peas sauted in butter

D: fish and salad

water, water, water

Setting my dvd player in living room so I can start my cardio and weights again. Its time to get this part of WOL started.

Yup. He's a big boy! 6' 4" 265 pounds...and he lost 20 pounds for the fight.

lisa, i dont know why i eat so little. I think it is because when i was heavy and i tried all these other diets nothing has worked for me and i didnt shead pounds like this diet. ( i deffinatly push myself ) But with having to rearange how i eat and what i eat and seeing these results I have learned to eat more often but small healthy stuff. I did cheat yesterday and i had a square of that giradheli ( spelling )
chocolate OMG YUMMY! oops i didnt say that did i? I heard it tastes yucky... yeah right.

Any ways i felt the need to get on the scale today, and i am down another 2 lbs!!! Wooohooooo i only have 3 more pounds to go b 4 i hit my mini goal! i am happy! ok i dont know what i am eating today because i got up late so its too late for b-fast so ummm i dunno i will post a lil bit later, to all
