[quote=lildragonfly;9850476]Kathy- My chiro told me on first visit if he cant help me in 3 visits then I have issues that may need other help such as surgery type thing. I know many that would go as often as 3 x a week but to me that is excessive.
Have any of you noticed dark circles under your eyes since starting LC? My eyes are real black under them lately. Black circles are usually due to heridity, allergies or sinus infections. Also the combo can increase bruising & bleeding in some. There were some posts by someone last fall who had to quit because it increased this problem for her. I have another sinus infection & am on antibiotics. My weight is up because of this-always does when I'm on the antibiotics but won't stressout-I know it will come off when I'm through and start to feel better. Food just doesn't taste good right now.Morning Combo Peeps! ![]()

Good Morning All!!!
I have been reading post just havent had time to post anything. Trish- You might want to keep checking on line and see about finding a Wii there, they are few and far between, that is for sure. When you all were talking about the Wii Fit, I didnt have a clue what it was, well I looked up the trailers for it on you tube. Oh yeah I will be fighting for that one in the stores!! Its amazing. We rented the Olympics game. Oh My , my arms still are sore!! One thing besides the exercise is the unbeleivable family time this system creates !! I have been making phils breakfast muffin things for 4 weeks now. Love them but the first week I scrubbed my muffin pan for 45 minutes 2nd week bought muffin papers a lil better was only scrubbing for about 30 minutes after soaking the thing for a full day!! Last week made them and threw the freaking muffin pan in the garbage!! Yesterday bought me one of those "rubber" muffin pans OH MY I am in love, sprayed it and they just fell out no clean up at all !!!! Will never make them in anything else again!! I am going to try the Cleo rolls this week , I am in love with the Italian Herb flat bread from walmart , only 6 carbs each but if I can get these rolls down , that 6 carbs I wont have !!! Once this week the scale gave me a 2 lbs lost but only one time lol so I will wait this week and see what happens , will try to get some new pics going too. Phil - Love the snowman, I have christmas lights of him and my stocking is him too!! Had one that played the song but once the kids got ahold of it , it dissappeared LOL Have a wonderful weekend!! Paula

Good morning! 294 this morning. Things are looking better and I am finally getting close to the 280's
Paula...I use the silicone muffin pans too. Mine are blue. They work great. I have used a regular muffin pan a few times. I threw them away. I guess I should of saved everyone a headache and posted what I cooked the muffins in. Where might I find the recipe for these addictive oopsie rolls? Hope you all have a great day! |

I can take or leave the Revolution Rolls-think soft meringue roll. The Oopsies are the same recipe but with more cream cheese added. When I do make these I like to make them with mayo and leave out the Splenda.

There's a recipe on Linda Sue's website for Improved Revolution Rolls. It has 3 ounces of cream cheese and 4 egg whites instead of 3, but you bake at 300 for 40-50 minutes. I think I like the oopsie rolls 3 egg whites (less fluffy), but I bake mine for 50 minutes. Just make sure that the muffin top pan is greased well. They may seem "dry and crumbly" but after storing in a container in the fridge overnite, they are soft but not sticky.

Here ya go Phil
![]() The Lighter Side of Low-Carb: Better-Than-Ever-Best-Yet Revoloopsie Rolls! Uses for oopsie rolls (recipe thread) Cleochatra's Best Ever Revol-Oopsie Rolls 3 large eggs 1 pkg Splenda dash of salt pinch of cream of tartar 3 ounces cream cheese (not Tbsp!) Do not soften! Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Separate the eggs and add Splenda, salt, and cream cheese to the yolks. Use a mixer to combine the ingredients together. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff (if you're using the same mixer, mix the whites first and then the yolk mixture). Using a spatula, gradually fold the egg yolk mixture into the white mixture, being careful not to break down the whites. Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray and spoon the mixture onto the sheet, making 6 mounds. Flatten each mound slightly. Bake about 30 minutes (You want them slightly softer, not crumbly). Let cool on the sheet for a few minutes, and then remove to a rack and allow them to cool. Store them in a bread sack or a ziplock bag to keep them from drying out. Makes 6 @ about 85 calories a piece, >1 carb per ~~~~~~~~~~~~ French Toast oopsie 1 egg beaten w/ a bit of cream, vanilla and 1 drop sweetzfree Coat two oopsies w/ egg mixture and fry in butter like french toast. I had two this am w/ butter and SF pancake syrup and 2 breakfast sausages - YUMMO!!!! ETA: this batch of oopsies I added a bit of cinnamon :-) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~` Oopsie Cream Puffs 2 oopsie rolls I dollop chocolate cook and serve sugar free jell-o prepared with high-fat milk. Whipping cream and Splenda Place oopsie roll on place. Cook pudding and cool in fridge. Prepare whipping cream with Splenda (I used 2 packets for a pint). Place a dollop of chocolate pudding on the bottom roll. Top with other roll. Add a dollop of whipped topping. Can add sliced strawberries for color and flavor. Carb total: about 8 per cream puff (net) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Last edited by kycowgirl : 01-26-2008 at 09:34 AM. |

Hopefully I can make it home in time to join the chat with you guys tomorrow night if you do.Phil...congrats on getting closer to 280! G'day to everyone. chic, they don't make me crave real bread, but I never was a big bread eater except for the sour dough rolls at O'Charlies
. I have a couple roast beef or turkey sandwiches on them every day and my weight is finally going back down. 203 today. I was back up to 208. Which reminds me, time to go choke down my oily cla and eat some breakfast. Gotta leave soon to spend the day with my momma ![]() Last edited by kycowgirl : 01-26-2008 at 09:40 AM. |

Here you go Trish. I don't remember where I got the recipe. I make them from memory now.
Makes 12 sausage egg and cheese muffins. 1 pound of sausage. I use Jimmy Dean hot sausage 12 eggs 6 tablespoons of whipping cream Brown and crumble sausage. Mix the eggs up in a bowl. Add the whipping cream, mix again. Pour sausage into muffin pan filling half full. Add egg and whipping cream mixture to muffin pan. Add whichever shredded cheese you like. I use a 2 cup bag of cheese per 12 muffins. I like cheese! Place muffins in a pre-heated 350* oven for 20 -25 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool, place in ziploc baggies and stuff refridge. You can add anything you want to these muffins. Sometimes I add red peppers and onions. You can add bacon or mushrooms or whatever you like.

Thanks Phil
I wonder how these would be if you put a whole turkey sausage pattie in the bottom of a cupcake pan, and then pour the egg mixture on top ![]() |

WTH!!! I just got a PM saying that I misspelled a word on and different thread. It amazes me that some people have so much time on their hands that they can afford to worry about how other people spell.

Try it! I find that the crumbled sausage seems to float around while the muffins are in the oven. I'll have sausage from top to bottom. I had turkey sausage in my last batch. It was good but not as good as the Jimmy Dean Hot.
