Afternoon Buddies,

Whew I had BAD reaction to the Virgin Coconut Oil this morning. Ewwww, I thought I was gonna hurl big time!

For those using it, learn from my mistake and GO SLOW, start with smaller portions and work up.

ADLMA asked me to take my current pics with my first dress instead of the new ones. But, it's kinda big on me now and doesn't really show my weight loss.

But, since she asked so nicely and SHES gonna share her pics soon, here there are some comparison pics. The last ones were taken today.

MG - Thanks for spoiling me! Wow! The difference is AMAZING! Oh my, but you must be soo, sooooo, soooooo proud of yourself!!!! Your miles traveled show big time when you try to wear that first dress and compare it to now! You look great!!!

Hey, what's up with trying to get a nice girl like me to post a pic? Thank goodness I have no idea how to do it, so I am safe! I avoid cameras, so the only recent pic that exists of me is one of my hair.

MG- I also did not love my reaction to C.O. I did auhm, get sick. I use it only for baking and frying now. DH doesn't care for the flav in cooked times, so I have to cook mine alone.

Hi boys and girls! Howz everybody today? Glad to see you made it back Chic!

So, after being in semi-constant pain for the last couple weeks I finally went to the chiropractor today. He said there are definite problems with my back that are partially related to back surgery I had 18 years ago, and partially related to the slip in the snow I took awhile back. He did some adjustments and wants me back 3x/week for more.
Question??-This is the first time I have ever been to a chiropractor-how long does this go on? Weeks? I satisfied my yearly deductible today so my daily visits will cost about $26/ea-thats a lot of money in a months time! I don't feel any better today(actually worse) but I was warned about that by my cardio instructor at the gym. I don't feel like moving at all, it hurts too much(yes, I am a big baby!!!)

MG-Your pics are awesome! Can definitely see a BIG difference!!

Kathy- My chiro told me on first visit if he cant help me in 3 visits then I have issues that may need other help such as surgery type thing. I know many that would go as often as 3 x a week but to me that is excessive.

Have any of you noticed dark circles under your eyes since starting LC? My eyes are real black under them lately.

I have been to the chiro once in my life. He said that I had one leg about 3/4 of an inch longer then the other. He worked me over real good. He popped things that had never been popped before and when it did pop it was like a little bit of pain then instant relief. I left that place feeling real good. He did tell me that I would have to come back in a couple weeks but my pain was gone and everything was normal. (I know what your thinking Chic...There is NOTHING normal about Phil!) I havent been back since.

Phil-I wish it had been instant relief!! I did feel the popping and some relief, but not where it hurts the most-that is where it hurts worse now
I would take something stronger than ibuprofen but my dd 14 is on the dance team and she is at a game tonight. With dsh on night shift I have to go pick her up-then it will be off to lala land for me!! I just wish she would call to say she is done!!

For right now I am trying to find some pics so I can post before/afters.

I got an answer from netrition on the cla....

PBL was using 2 different labs to produce the CLA with Clarinol. It is very difficult to reproduce identically the same product from different labs. Just as a product may vary slightly in taste and texture from batch to batch within the same laboratory, please expect an even wider fluctuation in taste and texture from lab to lab. Rest assured the active ingredients will remain the same, though base ingredients and flavoring consistencies will vary. It is also very possible that this may have froze during transit and that some separation may have occurred.

Not sure if its going to stay oily like this last shipment or not but at least I know its safe to take now. I bought some choc CC milk to help mask the taste. I am so addicted to the oopsie rolls. I went to the grocery and got a pound of shaved cajun turkey breast, and a pound of shaved roast beef to eat on them with swiss cheese and horseradish sauce. Already ate 2 of them today lol I was running all over trying to find a Wii today. They sell as soon as they hit the stores. The lady at K-Mart said it may be hard to get one in town here because the nursing homes are buying them all up for therapy. I thought that was kinda cool (cept I really want one too!!!)

Hi everyone. TGIF is right !!!! I'm glad the week is over.

Justachic- I'm doing just a little bit better. I didn't have such a bad cough today. Tomorrow the weather is supposed to be warmer, somewhere around 65-69 I believe. I think that will help.

Phil- hearing about the cold temperatures there make me want to go under the covers and never come out

ADLMA- I'm going to have to try that routine on the treadmill. I think I could do that, as soon as I am over the allergy problem.

MG- Congrats on your weight loss. Love the pics !!!!

Jimzgrl- I'm sorry to hear about your pain. I send love and healing to you !!

Hey everyone!!! I am starting the CLA/GLA combo tomorrow. Wish I had checked the prices here before I bought it at Wal-Mart. I think the bottle I have only comes with 60 pills...so I probably should order from here soon.
