Yes....it is, thanks. I keep it this way most of the time cuz it's so much easier than straightening it. I would love to have long flowing straight hair! I hear ya about the frizzies. I get them too dang it! Hey! I know how to make you feel even better....How about if I come pick you up and we go have a drink somewhere and make fun of really skinny people who eat like horses???
Now wouldn't that be fun if we could really do that!!! ![]() |

Thanks MG....I think I can tell you what a muffin top is. I didn't know what one was either until my DH explained it to me. I think it's when one's belly hangs over one's pants- kind of like how the cake part of a muffin hangs over the cup part. Don't hold me to it just yet, I could be wrong.

It has been awhile since I've posted to this thread but I had a question for you all. I just opened a bottle of Clarinol CLA and it is awful! My last bottle was thick and creamy orange but this is watery and I don't know what flavor it is but I couldn't swallow it. In fact I had to spit it out and I still can't get the taste out of my mouth. I purchased it from Netrition in November or December (last time they had it on sale). Does anyone know why this is or if they are going to change it?
Thanks for your help. |

![]() Wtg Lucky ![]() Lively thread I love it. Made a l/c cheesecake and some of cleo's oopsie rolls today. Going to make another batch tomorrow along with a brocolie/mushroom quiche and if motivated enough will make Phils breakfast muffins to keep the fridge full for the week. I jumped on the treadmill for 45 min today and did a good ab workout!! Take care, Tom |

iabowhunter - thanks for the info. I did shake it pretty good but I'll try "shaking the livin' crap out of it" (I just wanted to say that). It may be a few days though...I've gotta get up the nerve to try it again. Will it really taste like orange?

Mmmmm cheesecake! I made Beachgirl's basic cheesecake but used 1/2 cup of Davinci's syrup and 1/2 cup of Splenda. It turned out awesome!
Tom - What did you think of the oopsie rolls? I think I like them cooked a little more. I use the recipe from Linda's Recipe site called Improved Revolution Rolls. Almost identical except you add one more egg white and cook longer. In fact, I had them with low carb sloppy joes and they were great. Have a great night all! |

Thats redneck for stir briskly. Makes a person feel good to talk that way don't it ![]() ![]() I don't even taste the orange anymore. I just pour out a half tablespoon and chase it with a big glass of water or sometimes Diet Mt. Dew. It's good to see you back! HTH. Phil |
