GLA/CLA and/or Coconut Oil. . .

I've seen a lot of commentary here on both GLA/CLA combos and Coconut Oil. I'm curious: how many of you have used both ("stacked" or separately), and what your results were using either or both. . .

I take CLA 1000mg daily. Not really sure if it has affected my weight loss or not. I haven't tried the coconut oil though.

It was my impression that CLA should be taken while you are losing weight and GLA when you have reached your goal.

I do take co and I can't say I see a difference, but I think it's worth a try.

My bottle of CLA Tonalin says "Helps reduce body fat. Supports lean muscle mass"
