Well, I just returned from a brief excursion to the bathroom. Smells as bad as ever. More mucus. And a weird, round brownish thing. About the size of a small grape.
![]() Shay, I noticed your stats read that you are down a pound. Congratulations! Last edited by Luvmykidz : 08-05-2006 at 10:36 PM. |

T-tapp is a non impact, aerobic/toning workout that focuses on spinal alignment and deep muscle strengthening. I use the basic one that only takes about 15 minutes and have only been doing it for 2 weeks. But I can feel the difference already. There is a t-tapp thread in the exercise forum, and you can google to find the official website. I really like it, but it does make me sweat! |

**GASP**
I think I just passed one of those peanut parasites! I have been trying to think if I ate anything that looked like that yesterday, and I don't remember having anything that looked like that. |

*Dun, Dun, Dun......(dramatic soap opera music)......*
Stay tuned folks. Does Heather have peanut parasites? Will Christie pass anything else? Will Nursey, Kerry and Shay buy some and begin cleaning out their corrupt colons? Stay tuned to the next episode of As the Worm Turns? Gotta go guys. Students come back today. Time to shape young minds. Have a great day. Will come back and relate the Remains of the Day (no pun intended. Yes it was ) |

I mentioned it earlier in this thread, I'm using Garden of Life's Fungal Defense, and next up is their Primal Defense Ultra. (I get mine from win-edge.com) They contain HSO's & other powerful ingredients that kill off yeast, fungus, bacteria, parasites, by eating through the old fecal matter and sloughing it off. You have to start very slow because they have powerful theraputic effects. Netrition has a pretty thorough write up on this also. I have had mucous out my nose as my sinus are clearing, I have had some itchyness on my stomach & chest and anus (too much info i know) but that is the yeast die off which I didnt even realize I had much of. Yeast among these other things can cause one to not lose weight well. My weight has started to drop since I have begun this. I also take their Super Green Food Caplets, 5-10 servings of organic vegs to supplement my LC eating. (I dont eat enuf veggies and they certainly arent organic) 1 cap is a min or 1 serv veggies. Hope this helps... Hope its okay that i answered this here not trying to undermine the colinix routine. I have done this cleanse before and think it is useful, however after i did mine I didnt know how to maintain the balance in my colon, so now i think i am at the next step for me... Whatever works Baby, i say... "Exit, you peanuts, exit you yeasts, be gone!!!! "

Kerry I agree Garden of Life is an excellent program. I probably will switch back to using its products once I am done with this. The only drawback I see with GOL is the early phase when you are using the large amounts of product for the cleansing effect. It gets a bit spendy. In comparison, the Colonix program costs less for a 2 month cleanse. But I really like the HSO product and the green food ( I use the caplets as I don't like drinking a big glass of alfalfa flavored water) . That is wonderful that you are getting such results with it. I truly believe a lot of us have candida overgrowth, and don't even know it. I am pretty sure I did, but never had the vaginal infection that is supposed to be a sign. Never once in my entire life. But I had a lot of the other symptoms. And where do you get the idea that you are 'passing' out too much info? Have you forgotten what thread you are posting to? Sorry, couldn't resist.

Yes Heather it is pricey so I put it on my credit card, lol. I figure it will be worth it in the long run since once i'm balanced a bottle a month will sustain it. Organic veggies arent cheap either or anything else that is good for us. So I have to have veggies anyway might as well make them the kind that will nourish me.
I'm sick of being sick. I turned 44 this year and the ailments are started to accumulate. I think they ALL stem from a compromised digestive system. So for me, it will be too expensive not to take care of this. Ideally, insurance should pay for something like this but it only covers treatment for the symptoms of disease not the cure. Oh well, thats another story. Im so mad at this world we live in. Our water is contaminated as chlorine destroys our good bacteria which means I have to buy a reverse osmosis filter system or only drink bottled water. $$ Our food supply is grossly contaminated as it provides very little if ANY nutritional value, what with irratiation, antibiotics ect... A doz organic clean eggs cost $4.00 here.. Geesh. No wonder we all have those peanut thingies, parasites, congestions, and even worms....ugggggggg... I can only pray for wisdom to make wise choices and do the best I can.. Can you tell I'm a little pissed off with this corrupt system we live in? |

Yes, life can be frustrating.
I hope cleaning up your digestive system helps out. I totally believe the 'death begins in the colon' deal. We are all going to die, of course, but the poisons and contaminants that seep into our systems from our dirty pipes only make the wait miserable. I don't think anyone can be totally healthy while absorbing rotten stuff from backed up gunk. |

I have been lurking since page 1 of this thread and am about ready to try out the colonix. I have to agree that this thread is addictive. It's the first thread I hit when I log on! You guys are hilarious!
I've been taking the GLA/CLA combo so I have to wait on the moolah to buy the colonix. I can hardly wait to kill the evil houseguests! |

When I did my cleanse like u are doing I had one very identifiable worm. I was at my mothers and remember putting "IT" on some TP, dont remember how I got it on there and brought it in to show my mom...It was about 3 inches long and you could see its parts. Other than that I had those ropes you are talking about. I wondered if that was from all the fiber blend 'roping debris and mucous'.
Chelle, when you start we want to hear all about it now. So pick up a few extra sets of chopsticks next time you eat out oriental. |

My understanding of the ropes is that they are the layers of old fecal debris that have broken free from the intestinal wall. I imagine they are made up of fiber, old food particles, mucus, and maybe parasite carcasses.
A three inch worm!!!!?????? I think I passed another one of those round floaty things today, but I am not 100% because I ate salad last night, and it kind of passed right through in pretty much the same form. Last edited by Luvmykidz : 08-07-2006 at 01:56 PM. |
