I would guess about 8-10 minutes before the smell is totally gone. It clears faster if I close the door and leave on the exhaust fan. Today I bought one of those plug in oil air fresheners, and it seems to help mask the lingering smell.
Today I noticed some tiny red bits that look like the stuff I find in my baby's diaper after she hits the Crayola buffet. I almost missed it, but the color made me think it was blood so I had to look closer. Not fun, considering the aroma. ![]() Then I thought it might be blueberry seeds, because I have eaten a few in the past couple of days. I suppose it could be, but they were very red looking, and not really the right shape. No chopsticks were involved in this episode.

C'mon Christie. I'm starting to eat again.
Liven things up around here. Tell us something....beef jerky, celery strings, peanut halves, something? Did that worm ever come out of your nose? |

i havent felt anything in the nose or throat for a couple weeks. the nose one had started coming towards my throat and made it itch pretty bad. im hoping it finally went down.
last night i passed some red straw looking stuff. dont know what that is. im taking a break from the program to take some meds for an infection of my cervix. i just dont want any problems with getting sick. and interactions. altho i guess i could call customer service and ask.. i agree with heather the fan is a must with a closed door. |

It's gotta be food. You couldn't possibly have anything left. Could you? I mean you have been cleaning out for about 30 days now right? Nothing could possibly have lived after the parnil right?

it can take 3 or 4 months to get rid of everything. depends on how many parasites you have. i read testimonies of straw looking stuff, but they didnt say what color it was. mine was red.

I expect there could still be something if it was living between layers of waste, and the paranil has just now reached it.
Or, if it came from some other part of the body--the herbs may have just now built up enough presence in her system to have an effect. I think that is why it is recommended to have a 2 or 3 month cleanse the first time around. |

I'm a little concerned about the BM urgency thing. I will be teaching and I don't want to have that "Wellness is........Wellness is.......Uh Oh, Gotta Go!"

Aw, I totally understand. If you don't have a particularly touchy system, it probably won't be an issue after the first week.
I get the runs pretty easily, and I usually need to go first thing in the morning, and then again in the late afternoon, say around 3, and maybe again around 5 or 7pm. It isn't too bad. The day I picked berries I didn't use the stuff because I was afraid of a problem, but I don't know that there would have been. I think if you tend toward constipation you might have even less movement. But that is only a guess. |

Just depends on do you mean constipated now or before LC?
I am not constipated just slow moving. I used to go approximately 2 times a day. Now it's like once every two days. I miss going because I feel "full". But I don't have the urge to go. |

My biggest fear is pooping my pants on colonix with straw or 'peanuts' in it.
I did that on the medication that makes you "poop orange oil". I forget what it's called. I could not control my bowels [I guess I have no shame for mentioning this in public ] |

The tea is what causes your intestines to contract, so you can vary the steep time for a weaker brew that does not cause such violent expulsions. I have had some urgency a couple of times, but nothing that caused me to drop my load before I got to the bathroom. I do admit that it is not something I can put off, though after the initial "urge". |
