I'm on my second week and again so far so good. Having good bms and happiness is having good bms... and feeling everything run smooth! The previous poster is correct about the Psyllium Husk, that's what this is high quality! But who after reading about the parasites is not going to give this a try? I think you can make your own by getting the Psyllium Husk and the paranil for parasites and get some herbal tea and you're in business! Follow the directions for the Psyllium Husk and the paranil and drink the tea at night. Has it worked for me? I would have to say yes and would I recommend it, the answer is yes I would and I don't work for the company. Plus I didn't have parasites like the others that were PEEING parasites! It has made me more regular and my skin is better. Like I have said before, you are what you eat and alot of people don't eat enough fiber. And one other thing I didn't get the long strange bms either. Don't know if it's because I don't eat red meat. I try to eat alot of salads and in 5 months I turn 50 and want my abs to show that is my goal! lol

I couldn't have said better if I tried- I am not saying I haven't had some bumps in the road, but I hate people that think misery needs company, good night all glad everyone is doing well. The only concerns I have, are what happens when we stop? Anyone here on there second year, I am just concerned that once I am done I will feel like crap again?

I'm going to continue a very high fiber diet. Psyllium husk and eat right I know I will be ok.

I think if you take the Colonix fiber continuously, you'll be just fine. They suggest that in their material.

I tried regular old psyllium husk from the store, and it didn't do a whole lot for me...I don't know if it was the quality or what.

** Experience with Toxinout? **

Day 2 of the Toxinout program for me and I'm wondering about the timing of taking the Toxinout and DetoxiGreen pills. Does anyone know if it matters whether or not you take the pills before/with the same meal or can you take one at lunchtime and the other at dinner? I'm having trouble getting them worked into my schedule, since I have a tendency to eat at less-than-traditional times.

Also, what about those Toxinout burps? Tasty...

Ive been taking the toxinout and detoxigreen at the same time about 20min before I eat lunch. Sure enough.. out comes the antifreeze pee an hour later. I also NEED a 20 nap after that. and yes... those burps taste amazing!!
Blech..

Here is a strange occurance that I relate to the toxinout.. I am a big tattoo freak and I had some new work done on my arm this past weekend (finishing some previous work). As i was getting the work done.. my tattooist said that the ink was being rejected by my skin.. literally. Ive never had this happen before. I mentioned that ive been taking the toxinout for about a month now and he agreed with me. Strange.

Everyone talks about the Colonix, but you don't hear too much about the Toxinout. I'd say that your experience with the tattoo ink rejection by your skin is definitely a testament to its effectiveness. I can't imagine that being just a random coincidence.

Bummer for you and your tat, but I'm happy to hear that it works. I've had tons of the old metal fillings over the years and am looking forward to purging any toxic buildup out of the ol' bod. I figure that I've been exposed to other toxic metals over the years, as well. Good riddance!

They have directions on the bottles themselves, from what I gather the Toxinout should be taken before meals and the DetoxiGreen should be taken with a meal. So it doesn't really matter which one, for me thought I try to keep them close like either both around and at lunch or both around and at dinner. For me it works better because the Toxinout also tires me out and the DetoxiGreen kind of picks me up. But I have thought about spreading them out to one for each meal, I have just been to lazy to call and find out and I am worried that I would forget. I have always been a vitamin freak, in one of my vitamin dictionaries it said it is better to taking say (example: instead of one 800mcg of Folic Acid take 4 200mcg spread out over the day)more frequent doses for better absorption.

Day 37, I think! Nothing new only signed on today to see if the downer had finally dropped off.
Good thing I got my tattoo last summer, for a first one I think that would have been even more of a bummer. Sorry to hear that happened to you.

I think you're right about taking the pills around the same meal, so as not to forget. I've decided to stick with the lunchtime option. That way, if I do forget or the timing doesn't work out for that meal, I will always have a 2nd chance for the day.

Day 8: Nothing exciting to report.

Day 9: Got on the scale and noticed i was down 1.5 pounds. My capri pants are literally falling off today..and I just bought these. Hopefully I'll be able to buy some new clothes soon! The thing I'm most happy about is that my energy is great throughout the day. I'm able to go jogging in the evenings. I don't have horrible gas cramps when I run. It's nice!

On the downside, I had my BM before I ate breakfast. After taking the fiber and eating breakfast, had the runs again. Ugh.

Still not started yet

I bought the 3 month package because it saves you money (i'm getting my parents to try the program too). I haven't started it yet. Mostly because I KEEP FORGETTING! by the time i remember its usually noon and I've already had breakfast and lunch.

I'm hoping, even with my ultra sensitive stomach, this isn't too harsh on me =[

So start already! I'm looking forward to your posts about how you do on the program.

I keep my pills & fiber out on my kitchen counter, right by my Brita pitcher, so I can't forget them if I want a drink of water or coffee - and I always want my morning coffee!!! I try to take my paranil pills straight out of bed, before I do my bathroom routine. That helps with getting the 15 minute waiting period before taking the fiber to go by fast too. Once that is done, you are home free for the day. If it would help, you could always post yourself a reminder note wherever you go first thing in the morning.

Remember that you are only taking a half dose for the first 5 days on the program so, if you do have a sensitive tummy, that should help. Also, make sure that you wait a month before starting the Toxinout, if you bought a supply of that too. It'll give your body a chance to acclimate before adding more herbs to the mix.

What works for me today? Pure psyllium husk from Trader Joes...$5.99 for a 12-ounce jar and it rocks my socks off. I've been taking it for the last two months or so every single day and love it. I am very regular anyway and I know this is very healthy for me to take daily.

I have to agree with Moonstruck on this one. Although I've never tried colonix, I read up on it enough to know that I could used psyllium husk powder and get the same type results... and I KNOW all the ingredients in the husk powder!
I usually have 2 BMs a day, they pass 'cleaner' and, although big, they are more compact. My belly bloat have been significantly reduced and I couldn't be happier!

I usually take 1-2 T a day in the afternoon. It helps to curb my nighttime eating as well b/c it leaves me fuller feeling. Cost? $4.99 for 12 ounces from Netrition. I bought 2 bottles and, when they are almost gone, I'm gonna order 6 more.

Although not FOR or AGAINST the colonix, I DO wish to take a moment to ask Mr Sploozoo a question. Although you have spouted a whole heap of negativity towards Colonix, why don't you tell us ALL what that $5 product we can get from the store is? The one they tell you to drink before a colonoscopy? If it worked so well, why not give us MORE help rather than blast us?

PS. I SWEAR that, when I read his first post, a wave of DejaVu hit me. I KNOW I read that post somewhere else before! Almost word for word! That, coupled with the fact that he has "hidden" the $5 cure, leads me to believe HE is fulla crap.... and in need of something for HIS colon!

I assume he's talking about fleet soda. Yes, it clears you out. But that doesn't completely solve the problem. I've done that twice. You still have to increase your fiber intake. I like being regular and if colonix helps me become regular, so be it!

yes, fleet soda (and I'm sure there are other products that will do the same thing) costs $3.99 at Amazon

Amazon.com: Fleet Phospho Soda Ginger/Lemon relieves...Amazon.com: Fleet Phospho Soda Ginger/Lemon relieves...
Take that and you WILL be cleaned out.

If you want to improve your general health, YES, EAT MORE FIBER.

That is common sense.

Paying $144 for a two month supply of colonix? Umm...

And wow I can't believe I'm being accused of some sort of plagarism.

I'm starting to beleive half, if not more, of the people posting in this thread are not real at all and are paid employees of Colonix.

For the prices they charge they could EASILY hire a few people to hang out in various forums and talk up the product. (and do a google search - they do)

To the real people out there: It's a scam. Wake up.

It is not my duty to play Karma police. The liars on this board know the truth about what they are posting - they should be ashamed and someday yes they will get what's coming to them.

I just don't know how people like that live with themselves. Oh yeah - they're rolling around in good honest peoples' (suckers') money. That makes it all feel better.

Free speech is a wonderful thing.

Believe what you will - only you can be the judge about what is true for you.

We are all different.

Colonix has worked for me.

On page 55, permalink #1632, I posted about an experience that I had, where I passed some strange things. I did not have the stuff analyzed, so I don't actually know what it really was. I could only report what I saw and I did so as honestly as I could. I now think that whatever it was is what has been causing a slight blockage in my system off and on for a couple of years now. I've had a firm, tender area on my right side, noticeable when I lean against a counter or get prodded at my annual physical. My doctor said I should increase my fiber, which I did, and the problem persisted. My massage therapist said she thought that the valve between my small and large intestine wasn't working properly. She suggested a lifting/massage technique to get things moving through. Doing it lessened the symptoms but did not eliminate them. Since the passing of 'whatever it was' on Day 5, the lump and tenderness has been gone. I keep testing the area, believe me, and I have been symptom free. I attribute it to the Colonix program. If I get nothing else out of doing the 3 month cleanse, I consider it money well spent.

Do I think that Colonix is for everyone? No, I don't. I don't think that everyone needs what the product has to offer. Only the individual can know if it is for them. Listen to your own body. Make your own decisions about what it needs. In my opinion, our intuition is very telling. Trust yours.

Do I think that the official website goes a little overboard in representing to people the gross things that may lurk within them? Yes, I do. I realize, however, that they are a business and want to make money. What company doesn't market their product towards the customers most likely to buy their product? I don't fault them for posting supportive testimonials. They'd be stupid not to.

If, as some posters think, Colonix is a scam, then I am 100% grateful to have fallen for it.

If, as some posters think, the placebo effect is what has brought me the positive results I have achieved, then so be it. I find it hard to believe, however, that I finally found relief by just 'thinking' my intestinal blockage issue away. It doesn't matter how I got the results I got from taking Colonix. I got them.

Do I think that there are other products that will work for people? Absolutely. Once I have a clean slate, I plan on trying the less expensive fiber product from Trader Joe's (as was mentioned in previous posts), to keep things moving along when I am done with the Colonix program. I think that I should be able to maintain my results with any good fiber supplement.

I hope that everyone continues to feel free to share their experiences ~ positive or negative ~ with both Colonix and Toxinout.

I feel very grateful to be able to count myself among those who have had a positive experience. I hope that everyone finds what works for them.

Her name was Peony, she posted about page 53, 54 when I first started on here myself. She pissed me off then too, and I hadn't even started yet, I was still waiting on my order.

Hahahaha thanks! I actually am convinced I'm a little OCD. I can't start anything new unless its on a Sunday!!! I'll be trying this sunday, especially since Monday is Memorial Day. I'm already on glucophage for my PCOS, which can make me sick sometimes. It took me 4 months to get used to that (although glucophage is known to have those harsh side effects). I just don't want my bowels wake up and say "HEY WHAT THE HECK ARE YOU DOING UP THERE!"

So I'd like to start colonix but I have a question. I'm taking a cruise with my sister and best friend in mid June and they will be stuck in the same cabin as me for a week! I do NOT want to be the stinky girl, lol! Sweaty wise or breath wise or small bathroom issues!

So I need opinions on whether the 3 weeks have in between now and then will be worth it and then stop for the cruise. Or maybe I should wait until I get back. I wouldn't mind the weight loss and tummy flattening that I could take on the boat with me but not if I'm gonna make everyone else miserable around me. A couple of poots here and there will get giggles but much more than that and they will start swinging on me!!!

Day 13: I was sick in the tummy today. I haven't been taking my probiotic pills like I should be. Had the runs today. I think I steeped the tea too long last night. I feel much better right now than I did earlier.

Other than that, no real issues. I still feel pretty good.

I don't know why you still believe most of us are paid employees of Colonix and why you keep coming back and badgering us that we are being fooled. I thought the website was a little over the top. Oh well. You have an opinion about it, and we do as well.

The money I spent was way worth it. If it was too much for what I am getting, so be it. I haven't felt this good in a long time. I'll do my two months and continue with just the colonix fiber. I like it. I've increased my fiber using other methods, and it doesn't work as well for me as the Colonix.

jerseytonic - I say do the program when you get back from the cruise. It's too big of a hassle to do on a vacation, I think.

Im gonna do it

After reading all of the blogs here I have been disgusted into trying this, I sure hope it works as I have a lot of digestion issues right now, I went to the Dominican Republic 3 years ago and accidentally drank some of their water and have always thought I got parasites from it, guess in less then a month I will be able to tell.
