Well, nothing exciting has happened yet. Just a few soft small BMs with a little mucous. But the strangest thing happened to me early this morning. While lying in bed I felt this warm shrinking sensation all over my body. It felt as if I were melting or like someone had stuck me with a pin and all the air came out. I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the KleriTea that I drank last night though.
As for right now, I feel ok. The KleriTea tasted better than I thought, the Paranil pills were no problem to swallow, and the fiber stuff had a little bit of a funny taste but I drank it with some V8 Strawberry Banana Smoothie juice and it masked much of the taste. I can tell right now that I'm going to be sore by the time I finish my first month! I only had 3 BMs so far and I'm already sore. Guess I'll have to find some special booty cream to help with that. Anyways, I'll check back later tonight. Hope everyone is having a great day. |

Actually my first BM was in the shape of a round pebble and that's all that came out the first time. It was as if that pebble was a plug or something. I didn't feel that anything else wanted to come out right after that, so instead of straining I just let that be it even though my BM felt incomplete.
The second time was a bit more runny with a little cramping. I was actually working out on my treadmill and had to make a dash to the bathroom. The third time was not runny at all, just had some very soft small droplets. I must admit though, yesterday I had some peanuts. So the soreness could be do to them exiting my body. |

I think there must be a lot of acid or something. I highly recommend getting a supply of unscented baby wipes (just do not flush them). |

Well from a quick observation of my poo, it looked like little pieces of peanuts sticking out of it but since I didn't have any chopsticks I couldn't do a thorough investigation.
Thanks Luv. Gonna have to try the baby wipes soon. |

I was so grossed out over it. I didn't mind so much hearing about OTHER people's beasties. But never really felt I could seriously have some. Guess I got my wake up call. |

I sat down with my lunch the other day, and saved this thread til I was done eating. It was kind of hard, though because I really wanted to know how everyone else was doing.

my bum was never sore. i do use wipes tho sometimes. its alot quicker and easier to wipe with. i started back up yesterday cuz im almost done with my anti-biotics. im kinda ticked tho cuz it says it can cause yeast infections and i am so prone to getting them. but i know the paranil will kill it so thats a good thing. sure doesnt take long for the stuff to start working again. i already passed some plaque and some spongy looking stuff. and possibly worms. it was hard to tell. if it was they were pretty decomposed.

I come to the site last.
I made a mistake and came here even after I said I would 'save the best for last' and it ruined my snack. I just keep thinking, "we are so disgusting". We are talking about poop and enjoying it. I feel like I can't tear my eyes away. I don't even like hearing about people pooping and yet I'm riveted. The psychology of it all is what is messing with me. I'm horrified yet intrigued. What is that saying? ![]() |

Tonight was another one of those floaty round things. And a bunch of gunky mucus.
And the smell....words fail me. Anyone ever smell week old road kill in the middle of summer? Not a huge difference. I cannot believe I have had that inside of me. I sure don't smell like that on the outside. But maybe it is responsible for things like BO (when the deoderant fails) or morning breath. Those odors are different, but still not pleasant when they do happen. Perhaps colon cleansing is like an internal shower. |

DH was passing by and saw the post that just said LOL Heather. That was all that was on the screen. And he wanted to know what it was about. I started to tell him it was the Colonix thread, and he stopped me and said "Never mind I don't want to know any more!".
What????? I love that guy. Had another white 'string' to report. |

I have almost forgotten, sometimes, when I see this thread pop up on the user panel.
Shay is right. There is some sort of weird fascination. Like one of those stupid horror movies. Ive only seen one or two in my life (can't even remember what they were) But I remember watching and asking myself the entire time "Why am I doing this? It does not make sense!" |

The rest of yesterday afternoon resulted in no more BMs. So last night I steeped my tea for about 15 minutes. I woke up 3 times early this morning with mild cramping and thought that I was getting ready for the big moment, but nothing happened except some gas. Again, I felt like something was tugging or pulling on the inside of my stomach and it felt worse when I stood up. I didn't exercise this morning but shortly before I left my home, I felt the urge to go poo. They were very soft but still not all that large. And this time I felt something lumpy exit me which caused me to investigate. It was several pieces of rubbery-sludge type stuff that had black and red pieces embedded in it. I also noticed a bunch of tiny white roundish looking things floating as well. |
