I started taking the combo two weeks ago and I feel like a new person. I have lost inches and have an amazing increase in energy. I will never stop taking the combo.

I'm glad it's working so well for you fire . The info on the new liquid cla says CLA works best when “cycled”, by using it for 3-4 weeks on and coming off for 2 weeks, before going on again. So if it slows down, you may want to try that

Aerobics simply do not cut for for retaining muscle however, quite the opposite).

You "can" add a few other supplements to kick-start your fat loss, but that would mean a more complicated supplementation regime. It's up to you really.
What other supplements do you suggest be added for faster fat loss?

So. People should be looking to take something like 3000-4000mg of CLA and 100mg of GLA?

I have a question..... I lost my weight ( or the most part) I was 160 for years, and 184 when I had my son in 2006. I lost weight after giving birth and am now 123 - 125... but i cant get rid of my muffin top or stomache... will taking the CLA work to help this? i am 5"7 . 123 lbs, and my core is impossible to get firm... please help. I take a multi vitamin, fish oil, b-12, vit. E and Nightly primrose right now - 5 pills a day... Thanks - and PS I am new on this board , but you people are great and very inspiring. Thank you.

HI GUYS!!!!! I am so sorry for not poping in often, I have been so busy! How have you all been? I miss you guys, I am still maintaining my weight at 155, after losing 100 lbs in 2007 with your help, and the CLA/GLA!!! I am now taking Flax, Borage, and Fish, it seams to be doing the trick, I have been taking that supliment for a year now, and still eating low carb, I keep my carbs under 15 a day, and still drinking a gallon and a half of water. I would have thought i was water logged but i guess not, I will post a new picture this weekend.

Next weekend is the Mrs. Colorado pageant, I am representing the town that i live in, I am Mrs. Montrose 2011. Im getting excited...I could not have reached this goal with out the support from you guys!! I will check back with ya'all tonight! Have a wonderful day!

hi i know this is an old post but maybe yall can help...
i took cla/gla combo last summer & loved it..like some have said it didnt make the pounds fall off, but i felt less "puffy" & leaner. but then i ran out & got broke & never got around to getting another bottle..but today i'm thinking about picking up some more when i go to walgreens to get my b12...

my ? is...i've read that taking it on & off makes it not work as well? & that once you get off of it it wont work as well? has anyone experienced this? i want to take it again in hopes to debloat a bit & i loved the energy it gave me..but if it is completely useless the 2nd time around then i'll just keep my 15 bucks...

any thoughts would be great..sorry if this ? is answered already..i honestly didnt go back & read all the responses...sorry!

The more looked into it after I posted this I found out that in most cases cycling is best...
Another ? Do you take the cla and borage oil together or can I take them st 2 different times? Sorry..know that's kinda silly.

Well I've been reading these CLA/GLa threads for a couple of hours now, and I'm going to place an order at Netrition tonight. I am doing Atkins low carb (just started 3 weeks ago) and I am hoping that these won't interfere with that!

Saftin weight management system

Is Saftin a liquid CLA or is it just an LA? I read online that it isn't a cla. Is that right? It also has 5 carbs per TB. I'd rather not have the carbs.
