aznbaybee4u, you need 5 of the GNC cla. and 500-1000mg of the borage oil.

I started taking the combo two weeks ago and I feel like a new person. I have lost inches and have an amazing increase in energy. I will never stop taking the combo.

I'm glad it's working so well for you fire

. The info on the new liquid cla says CLA works best when “cycled”, by using it for 3-4 weeks on and coming off for 2 weeks, before going on again. So if it slows down, you may want to try that
