Is caffeine a problem when taking these supps? I think I remember Ross recommending cutting out it's use for max effectiveness??

Not that I can recall.

It was The Diet Cure that convinced me to cut coffee completely. I went a full year w/o any - not even decaf - and it made absolutely no noticeable difference in anything.

I researched the health benefits of coffee and added it back in. Admittedly, the only real benefits I notice are that I like the taste & it probably helps me keep fatigue away in the morning.

I think some people are sensitive to caffeine but most of us are fine with it in moderation.

I had a massive problem with pepsimax, 4 and half litres a day for many years.
I tried to kick this habit countless times using many methods.
I'm not sure whether it's the caffeine or aspartame that had me addicted, or the combination.

I read "The Diet Cure" for other reasons but I saw and applied this.
Caffeine : Tyrosine (500 to 1,500 milligrams)
Aspartame: DL-Phenylalanine (500 to 1,00 milligrams)

For both (diet cola)
L-tyrosene (500 milligrams)
and DL-Phenylaline (500 milligrams) together first thing in the morning and inbetween meals.

It was miraculous from the first day,,,,I can't see what I ever saw in drinkling the rubbish now. It has no appeal to me whatsoever. I won't even touch the gut rot now.

For sugar cravings, try l-glutamine. It's a great cheat for cravings when you're sick of using willpower.
