So many Veggie Burgers, so little time to eat them!!

Please post your fave veggie burger recipes or ways that you doctor up pre-made veggie burgers from the store.

I like boca a lot and I make cilantro-jalapeno butter to grill it with outside, then I add mayo and mustard and lettuce, tomato, onion, dill pickle and have it on a flat bun or use the lettuce for a wrap or a LC tortilla/wrap.

I sometimes make it Mickey D's style with homemade thousand island dressing.

Bbq sauce and mustard are also a fave.

I like the MSF falafel and black bean burgers and mostly just eat them alongside some veggie with a sauce of some sort on top of it.

I have tried lots of different ones, but most of them aren't memorable.

I liked the original Sunshine Burgers, but they stopped making them and I tried to replicate the recipe, but haven't got it quite right yet.

I have other veggie burgers in the freezer to try.

Dr. Pregeor's just fell apart on me, but they had great flavor.

I have made a couple of bean burgers that were okay, but not quite craveable.

Anyone else make veggie burgers or tried any lately?

I am looking for ideas on how to spice up my burgers too.

I've made the usual bacon cheese burger with Boca, Veggies Slices and Smart Bacon.

I also made my own with sweet potatoes, bell peppers and onions.

My fav premade is Quorn Chick'n Patties though. I will have to try the Dr. Praeger's. I can never catch those on sale though.

I haven't done these in a while, but:

--steak sauce or veg worcestershire, mayo, and blue cheese, sometimes with pan-fried (not breaded) onion slices
--said onions with sharp cheddar slices and garlic mayo; parm added into the mayo is good, too
--swiss cheese and mushrooms/onions sauteed in olive oil, mayo (can you tell I always do mayo?)
--make a "beef" gravy with onion powder, salt, and pepper in it to make salisbury steak It's hard to find a beefy veg stock, though.

Oh, and teriyaki sauce (ok, before low-carb I did this), mayo, pineapple slice. I guess you could use a very small serving of the teriyaki or make a sugar-free version. I'm inspired by whatever that pineapple burger is that they have at Red Robin.

Last night I had a SOL burger patty(soybean) and it was as good or maybe better than a boca burger. This was the first time I tried them and all I did was put salt, pepper, cilantro, and cheese on it...didn't need any sauce at all.
