Almost Vegetarian

I found this cookbook on my bookshelves the other day...it's called
"Almost Vegetarian"...I have only checked out a little bit of it, but thought it might be interesting.

So maybe instead of calling myself a semi-vegetarian, I should be an almost vegetarian...lol

At any rate, I will probably never be 100% vegan, even though that is the optimal goal. Animal free products are very difficult to find in my area and if I go to the big city, they don't keep that long. I'm not crazy about shopping, but rather do it as a necessary means.

Anyone else out there almost vegetarian? I'd love to hear your opinions.

I guess I am an almost vegetarian. I find it really hard to eat low carb and not eat meat though. I think I need to get Joel Furhman's Eat to live book out and read it again.
