Hi all

im going to make a spinach lasagna and a mousaka this week. can someone tell me the besr lc cheese or white sauce recipe?

I made a nice one last night. I stir fried some garlic in butter and then added some cream, two big table spoons of cream cheese. Once that had melted i added a handful of grated cheese. You may need to loosen it with a little water. A small amount of mustard would be nice too. I drizzled this over some roasted vegetables and it was delish...
