I have been off boards for a few weeks, some depression, a bad fibro flare up and work stresses lol.
Whilst keeping with the general low carb meals mostly, I have also had plenty of slips n trips and a fair few blatant blow outs :blush:
I decided to shock myself back to plan again today by weighing in .. and to my utter relief I weighed in exactly the same :) no gains!
Even better, I can now get back onto plan and continue.
