Hi yhk, we'll start together! Low carb is new to you, vegetarian is new to me. =)

What type of vegetarian are you? I'm willing to use dairy and eggs, so low carb induction is easier even vegetarian.

Hi guys, I wrote kind of a mind-dump here:

How To LOWCARB As a Vegetarian (Some Basics for LC Veg in General and Atkins)

how you approach all this will be different for a seasoned lowcarber who is going vegetarian than for a seasoned vegetarian trying to go lowcarb .. both can be challenging, but both are doable! if I can answer any questions after you see what's in there, let me know! I've eaten vegetarian for over 30 years .. and lowcarbing now for about 8 years .. lost 108 lbs after being obese most of my life ...

it is doable this way!
