So I think I finally figured out where I should be....
and it's here!
I've been going back and forth with low carb and other "diets" for about 12 months now. I will read something about how eating meat is bad for us and we need to eat more fruits and veggies and then will feel bad for eating the low carb way, BUT this might be my answer. By eating much less meat and shifting toward vegetarian/low carb I may be able to combine everything into one WOE that satisfies all of my guilty feelings! And with all the things I've been watching and reading it's really made me almost afraid to buy fruits/veggies that aren't organic, so add that to the guilty list! ![]()

That's cool! I think it is important to eat the way that best suits a person's lifestyle .. and personal convictions if they relate to it at all.
I agree with you that you don't have to choose between "fruits and vegetables" and "lowcarb." In your place I would do some research on food plans that incorporate the foods you wish to eat. As far as fruits .. maybe South Beach would fit the bill? Pauline |
