Reverse T3 help

My results came back and it appears I have a reverse T3 issue
38 (range 8-25ng/dl) and a Vit D problem..27 (30-100).

What is the corrective action to take? I have an appt with my dr. tomorrow. thanks.

I have a reverse t3 problem too. My doctor prescribed a straight t3 med (mine is compounded, but a name brand is Cytomel). He said you don't want a t4 med because you aren't converting properly and you'll just make more reverse t3.

T3 is a tricky thing. Too much can be dangerous, so you will probably start on a low dose and work your way up over a few weeks.

you are correct.. he suggested a compound slow release T3..
