Anyone experience this when going off wheat?
I went off wheat over a month ago, and ended up with a lot of energy. But I don't seem to get sleepy at bedtime. I am not losing weight either. The good part is having more energy, but I just don't get that tired. I am not shaky at all. My blood pressure went down to normal, so that is good, and my indigestion went away.
I read that hashimotos can swing from hyper to hypo but when I was hyper I was tired, just as I was when hypo. I am not due for another thyroid test for another month or so. |

Thanks for posting Emmaline. It don't feel wired, I feel like I have the energy that I had in my 20s and 30s, just from going off wheat. Ah, and I have lost 4 lbs. by also quitting sugar and going towards low carb, and I have only begun. I cut my thyroid med in half too and will see how that goes.
