Ive been battling chronic idiopathetic urticaria for months and thyroids are notorious for being the root cause. My immunologist said mine tested fine. Here are all the results:
tsh 1.82 t4 total 7.7 t3 uptake 31 t4 free calculated 2.4 thyroid peroxidase ab <10 thyroglobulin ab 20 are there more tests that should be run for a clean diagnosis? |

Need the range to the right of each test result. Different labs have different ranges.

And you need to go and ask for a T3 free test...see that T3 uptake? That's actually another T4 test in disguise...it's T4 binding rate...we can have alllll the T4 in the world, and if we are not converting into T3 in the body, it's not doing us much good. Kind of like putting gasoline in a car with no motor.
