Chronic fatigue, new "normal" labs

These are my latest lab results on 112mcg Synthroid:
TSH: 0.715
FT4: 1.97 (102% range of 0.89-1.95) HIGH
FT3: 3.59 (67.89% range of 2.30-4.20)
My FT4 was flagged high and is obviously over the range. My FT3 hasn't looked this good in years, but I am sure it's only because my FT4 is so high—"forced conversion," as Pam termed it. Overall, though, my T4-to-T3 conversion still doesn't appear to be that great.

My doctor did mention the high FT4, but doesn't want to make any adjustments to my thyroid meds because he is sure that it is transient. That my thyroid must be in some state of flux, or some boloney like that...

Regardless, my chronic fatigue is still bordering unbearable and I don't know what to do about it. I had high hopes for seeing improvements with the higher FT3, but I'm guessing that the over-range FT4 is playing a role here. I might even have a high RT3 at this point. I'm convinced that I need some additional T3.

I'm still having many unpleasant hypo symptoms despite my efforts toward improving vitamin and mineral deficiencies, improving digestion (taking probiotics daily and being gluten-free for 2 months now), and even trying to relieve my depression and boost my mood with a trial of Wellbutrin (epic FAIL! No improvement in the depression, but a huge increase in anxiety). I'm truly at a loss if it's not my thyroid that is causing these symptoms...

Any suggestions?

Sure do! From 4/29:

Quote:
Iron: 48 *FLAGGED "LOW"*
Ferritin: 32 (range: 10-291)
Since these results, I've been taking Hemaplex—a multivitamin supplement which contains sustained-release iron, and more of it than most multivitamins—daily to boost my levels. Haven't had them rechecked since.
