Circadian method, cortef at 4:00 am?

I have low cortisol levels in the morning, low DHEA and i,m hypothyroid in treatment with NP thyroid acella. I want to try the circadian method but with NTH. I want to take one grain of np thyroid with 5mg of cortef at 4;00 am and then when i wake up at 8:00 am another 5mg of cortef. Anyone thinks this way would improve my cortisol levels in the morning? Or it,s better to take the cortef when you wake up not when you are still sleeping? Normally the body releases the most cortisol during 4:00 am and 8:00 am, would be bad idea to take a dose of cortef at 4:00 am when your levels are in their peak or it,s better to start the cortef at 8:00 am when cortisol levels starts to fall? Anyone here when do you take your first cortef dose when you wake up, or when you are still in bed? Thanks, excuses for my english i,m from Spain
