What key words or phrases do I have to use?

My appointment for my thyroid is tomorrow. I 100% want to try a treatment that includes a thyroid hormone. I believe that even if my ranges are "normal" that I need to be treated.
I know I need to ask for all of my results and make sure my Free T3's were run...I know my free T4's were.

I want to see if a hormone therapy will reduce my hip pain and the size of my thyroid, hopefully taking away this tightness in my throat that I feel. I also want to see what it does for my dry hair, coldness, anxiety, fatigue, and heavy periods.

So, is there anything I can say to my doctor that will help me get the treatment I want? And does anyone have an opinion on what medicine is best and what a normal starting dose is?
