Yes, it can be that fast (and should be if that's what was 'missing')!! Good, I'm glad. Now...as you go along and your body gets used to that amount...you may get what we call a 'crash' (that's when you'll come to a day or week where it will feel like the T3 just isn't 'doing it's job now'...) and that's when you'll want to take HALF your daily dose of Cytomel (that'd be 5mcg. for YOU) and then test for Free T4 and Free T3 about four to five hours AFTER taking that. You will HAVE to have FT's from now on too.

The warm feeling is nice, isn't it! I used to be cold from September til May for years. It was the family joke, I wore sweaters in the summer. Then would wear 2 pair of socks ( one wool) and boots, 3 layers of shirts and still freeze even in the house in winter. It is funny feeling "normal". I have a entire drawer of undershirt type things I haven't needed in two years. Just doesn't seem right not to need them
