tightness in throat and swollen glands
I know Ive been posting a lot but its the only place I get answers.
I recently discovered I have swollen lymph nodes in my neck and its been 3 days now and they havent gone down, I also feel a tightness in my throat when I am laying down or am sitting up. Could this be a result of too much t4? Also I have trouble sleeping at night because my heart races and I feel like I can't catch my breath. Last edited by hannahrose123; 01-19-2009 at 07:07 PM.. |

Those are symptoms of being hyperthyroid. You'll know more when you get a FT4, FT3 (which will be the definitive tests to determine hyper/hypo).

It helps but I like this thread too because I have a lot of hypo symptoms as well, and they help me with information on medicine and with how to talk to my doctor.
Thank you though. I got a message as soon as I signed up for it from this girl who wants to talk to people who were diagnosed with graves at a young age to interview them or something. So it was nice. |
