Annoying ads that come up first are a good way to lose people

Mangus, I've been here since August 2000 and find these large ads very annoying. I'm afraid people will get very turned off and not use this bb. In my opinion this is not the way to go. I know it takes money from ads to run this bb, but isn't there a better way? Sandy
