There are so many intials used in here that we don't understand. I feel like I need a dictionary. Would you mind posting some of the most common ones, so that we have a clue as to what you are talking about?

In Massachusetts WPI would be Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

if you go to the LCF home page, and click on "Terms/Glossary" on the column of items on the left, some of the acronyms are given there.

WPI is Wheat Protein Isolate and is used in place of flour. Search for it and you'll find many threads.

I'm happy that also American feel sometimes lost with these acronyms. I was wandering if it will be ridiculous to ask and my daughter could only translate the LOL.
I still have DD, GD, SC, DD1 but I'll print what you published, keep it close to the computer and teach my kids!
