How can I make pic in sig smaller?

My picture in my sig line is huge! I don't like seeing myself that big! lol! Is there anyway I can make it smaller?

If you would like too email me your picture I can resize it for you... send it to cherilynn@insightbb.com (if you want) and i can either shrink it and email it back or shrink it and put it on a site for you and put it in your siggy... let me know what you want to do!
