"Refreshing" the Century Club?

Ok here goes. I hope this is not taken the wrong way at all!!!

The Century Club is kinda in a stale "funk". It used to be much more lively years back. We can't deny that activity has dropped... and in theory it should be busier than ever!

There are 9 stickies that are for the most part waaaay outdated... alot of it is 4-8 years old with a ton of broken picture links and alot of people no longer on this site. Like the "kids" one... half the pics are gone and it really doesnt have anything to do with needing to lose 100+ pounds. It was nice at the time, but now?? One is "Losing a 100 pounds in 2005". That's 6 years old. Plus quite a few people regained and some might be avoiding coming back since they have "sucess stories" on there... or some people might be "let down" reading the sucess story and then seeing the stats not match up. I KNOW most people will not admit to that so I am going out on a limb here to even bring it up. I cringe I said something "taboo".

I wonder if these old and outdated stickies were archived in a folder inside the CC (so that people could still read them) and we started a few new stickies with fresh content might put some "new energy" into the group? Maybe a website sponsered contest? Something different?

It was awesome and "alive" 6-8 years ago... then alot of drama and alot of people leaving. Now it feels kinda "hollow".

Like I said I hope this is not taken the wrong way! It's just I used to LOVE going in and checking it out... and now its just depressing and I avoid it.
