Help!

I have reset "My Controls" twice to prevent email from arriving each time someone replys to a post. I'm still getting the emails and I REALLY don't want them. What can I do to stop this?

Did you click the " Submit Modifications" box at the bottom
of the screen after you changed your options ?
Otherwise, it won't work.
