Need help with uploading pic please!

Everytime I try to upload an avatar picture the error code "upload file failed" comes up. what am I doing wrong?

it happens to me too! I still don't know what we are doing wrong, and, I dont know how to use the smily faces

Hi Veetach and dairygal!

You can contact the administrators to get answers. . they respond very quickly! I think that sometimes Junior members are limited to what they can upload. . but I am not positive. Send a message with your questions and they will help you quickly.

dairygal, if you're writing a post, you'll see at the bottom where you can "go advanced" . . if you click that option, all the smilies will be on the right hand side, you can just click on them to insert them. I hope that helps.

Hi there.. It could be that your photo is too big.. it must be no more then 200 pixels wide by 150 pixels tall... or the file size might be too big. If you would like to send your pictures to me at cherilynn8@hotmail.com I would be happy to put your avatars in.. Just let me know your user name in the email so I can find you..
