Clothing Swap?

Is there any precedent for a clothing swap on this site? I just unpacked my fall clothing and have an enormous pile of stuff I need to get rid of, mostly sizes 18-20 and 1x.

Sounds like a great idea!

No one would want my outgrown stuff. It's worn out because I wouldn't buy clothes when I was at my heaviest.

Unfortunately no.
We have tried it in the past and people took advantage of others, so it is not allowed any longer.

You all should try freecycle! They have it in a lot of areas and you might be able to join one close to where you live... What you do is you have to offer and give away something first.. (so you can offer the clothes you want to get rid of) Then you are allowed to make a "wanted" post asking for clothing in your size (or any other item).. Everyone is very giving.. And it is totally free!! You have to make arrangements to pick the items up or if you are giving things away and don't want to have people come to your house you can plan to meet somewhere or drop off at their place. A lot of people will even have a free for all after their garage sales to get rid of the leftover items.. It is a good way to get clothes to tide you over while you are losing weight.. and when the clothes you have gotten are too big.. you can just reoffer them on freecycle for someone else to use.. It is also good if you have kids and they need clothes as well.. You can offer and ask for clothes, housewares, yard items.. Some people even give away fridges, stoves, furniture and the like.. Its really great if money is tight and you are in need of something.. Just google freecycle and see if there is one in your area..
