Question: How do I add a recipe to the LC Recipe Room?

I went there, but saw no place to click on to add a recipe. Thanks.

Jemmi ~ I have never uploaded a recipe, but I went to see if I could figure it out. It isn't overly intuitive, but I believe that you click "Upload Products" on the blue ribbon that runs across the top of the page (or you can click this link Login - LowCarbFriends Recipes), then select the category for your recipe, and finally add in the description, ingredients, how to prepare, number of servings, nutritional information, etc.

Thank you very much! You know, I did go there, and I did click on it, but I was thrown by the word, "product," as I don't have a "product," I have a recipe. I didn't go any further because it didn't seem to apply to what I wanted. I'm glad you went there, so I'll try going there again, but go further, and see if I can figure it out from there.

Thanks again! I appreciate it!

I uploaded a recipe using the "upload product" but I don't think it works right. I put it in the category "cakes and pies" but when i look at cakes and pies its not there. Its under my products.

I sure wish we could figure it out--I've tried also and also posted the same question with no answers!

Maybe it's something only a moderator can do!

No, anyone can upload a recipe.. They are actually approved by the admins.. like photos on faces.. Yours is showing now roro.. Its to keep trolls from uploading inappropriate photos and comments.

All you do is click upload products..
It will take you to the next page..

Step 2 of 3
Choose the category you wish to place your product: such as appetizers, desserts, side dishes etc..

click submit..

Then just fill in the lines..

choose a category
Enter a product Manufacturer (or whose recipe it is)
You can add images of the recipe..
Product description
Ingredients
How to prepare
Number of servings
Carbs per serving
Prep time
Effort: easy, average, difficult

On this forum you suggest, you must not be able to post pictures. Is that correct?
