Just a quick hello & a question

Hi,
I am new to this board and since English is not my mother tongue, I am looking for a spell checker for this BBS. But unfortunately could not find any built in one. Can anybody help me with this before I start posting seriously.

Mozilla/Firefox has a built in spell check, so I just use that instead of Internet Explorer.

Yes, I know that but still....

Of course there is a nice built in Speller in FF but some how a trouble maker add-on blocked the right button on the mouse and it was really embarrassing not to be able to correct typos in one fast click.

OK now to the business, I am a Greysheet veteran of 2160 days that is 6 years next month, and I owe my life to it.

However, as often happens, my metabolism got used to the regime and started to take advantage of any surplus gram of my diet and I am on the way up again. Since the CGS is a basically a low carb program, I stumbled on this Forum looking for..... I don't know what (may be support, recipes, etc.,)
