Emoticons

Is it just my computer or has anyone else noticed that the emoticons aren't moving? Also, I just changed my signature and it shows up as "code" -- the numbers didn't change color, etc.

If an Administrator is reading this, please let me know what to do or if the site is having trouble.

Sadly all color has been disabled including sigantures.

ETA: My Emoticons are moving.
