If not induction only - How about RE-induction??

I am a past Atkins sort -of success. Lost 60+ lbs in 8 months. Never got to where I "should" be but where I was comfortable. Same old story, a few poinds at a time, I am up about 25.

I am starting induction today. Anyone else out there interested in that kind of a topic. At least we all should know the "rules" so wouldn't have to wade through a bunch of "what can I eats"!!

You're not losing your mind...You just have a good memory.

Hi and how are ya? I've been missing for awhile but I do recognize some familiar "faces". Guess I'll stick around this time.
