How do I get to see the playground? And how do I get PMs?

I think I read somewhere you have to be a member over 25 days to get pm's. Could be wrong, but I think that was the #

Thank you pixie, I've been reading through the posts and have seen the playground come up several times, also I'd like to reach out to a couple of people but I don't really want to do it pubically, I'm kind of shy that way...
