Stalls

Thanks for a GREAT website!

I've noticed over the past 2 years of reading/posting to LCF boards that stalls are quite common and sometimes lengthy. I find encouragement to get past mine often is located deep inside other thread subjects. Or else the issue comes and goes, and I have to catch it just right when I search new posts.

But since stalls are discouraging, fairly common, and can cause people to give up, I think they should be specifically addressed on a regular basis on their own thread, especially to support people new to Atkins.

This wouldn't be the same as the "Success Stories" thread, as, though those are wonderful, some people, like myself, avoid those because they haven't experienced much of it.

Please consider a thread that helps people over the potentially discouraging hump, entitled something like "Breaking Through Stalls".
