Technical Help, PLEASE?

I've already posted a couple of times to get help with fixing up my "Weightloss Journal" and no one is responding. I'm not sure if they are very busy or if I am making a mistake. Would someone please read what I posted yesterday in "Weightloss Journals" in the thread which is entitled "Introducing the Weight Loss Journals Board"? Thank you so much.

Go up to Private Messages on the top right of the board, underneath where it says Welcome islesgirl.
Then go to Send new message
Put Cheri in the To: section and fill in your message and send.
