Hi, Cheri!

This plan appears to be growing in popularity and the doc who authored it has just published her third book The Schwarzbein Principle: The Program.

Any chance it can be listed as one of the low carb plans on the message boards (under Stillman's, for example)? It may get more exposure and activity that way.

It is an excellent, healthy program!
