Need help posting please!

I'm getting together some info for a sticky in the BFL forum and am trying to center a title...can anyone tell me how to do that? Nothing I have tried is working!

Dottie, I know that I need to send you the URL to have it made into a sticky, but what I want to know is how to center a title within the body of work that I'm posting.

This is a link to what I'm working on posting here: http://groups.msn.com/BodyforLifeWin...70484874379410

You'll notice that headings, like "Cycle 1: Getting Stronger"
are centered on the page..can you tell me how to do that in this format?

Well...

...can you help me or did you misunderstand the question in my original post?

Not that I'm...

...impatient or anything but you did move this post from the main forum, where it is likely that someone might have been able to help me....

LOL -actually it's more likely that a "technical" person will see it here and it won't scroll off as fast

I'm trying this:

<p align="center">{center text}</p>

Edit: nope...as far as I've been able to find out, there is no UBB code to "center" text as a stand alone code...
