Can someone please help
Ok I just can't seem to figure out how to insert pictures into a thread. I read the FAQ's and still have no idea what I'm doing. Can someone explain it to me please. Please keep it simple. Thank you

You have to upload the pic to an image hosting site (search google for free image hosting) I know TinyPic - Share The Experience!™ has a free one. Then when you are posting a thread or comment you click on the little icon with the mountain on it, and copy and paste the web address in the box. That's all!

upload your pics at photobucket or picturetrail or something similar
click edit if you want to resize it (resize to website size) get one of the 'image codes' under the pic to copy and paste in your post In the thread reply box... If you use the link with no IMG code already there, click the little yellow icon on the top tool bar and copy & paste the full "http" link in the little window that pops up, in your reply. Click OK. If you use the link with the IMG code already there, skip the yellow icon box and paste the whole link right in your post. Click OK. Use the "preview post option" to check it before you post to see if it worked

Another option is to upload the file as an attachment to your post.
To attach a file to a new post, simply click the [Manage Attachments] button at the bottom of the post composition page, and locate the file that you want to attach from your local hard drive. |
