I can't find any trace of something I put in my weight loss journal tonight. Would it be possible for someone to give me some direction?

Sue, click on your 'user name' (to the left above your profile) you will have a few option 'drop. Choose 'find more posts by islesgirl' and choose the right one. I saw it. It is under:inspiration and wisdom/weight loss journals.
