Don't know how to add journal to sig the way I want it..

I'm sorry to be so clueless but I want to add a link to my journal in my sig but I don't know how to make it into clickable words. I only know how to copy and paste an actual http.

I'd like my sig to say "My Journal" right after My Goals and have the words My Journal be clickable.

So it would look like this...
My Goals - My Journal

Can anyone help me?

Hopefully this is clear...
