Link journal to signature?

I know this is probably not the place to ask this but I'm not sure where else to look.

I am hoping to link my journal to my signature. How do I go about doing this?

You use the URL tag in your signature and the link directly to your journal. I have added the link to your signature for you - which you can modify if you would like.
