im trying to put my pic in the avatar, and it says the pixels are to large.. How do you make it smaller pixels? thanks in advance.

I use Adobe ImageReady or Adobe Photoshop to adjust the image size... I believe the image can be no larger than 200 x 150 AND no bigger than 28K...

I swear I have ADobe Photo Deluxe and I can't resize this thing to save my life. Can anyone do mine for me and email it to me??
