Access to the Playground and Private Messages...

We have changed the rules so that the "Playground" forum (a forum for off-topic posts... generally un-related to low carbing) is accessible only after a member becomes a "Senior LCF Member" at 60 message posts or more AND have been a member for 60 days or more.

Unfortunately, there have been a lot of recent problems with people registering just to play or "troll" on the playground rather than participate in the low carb forums which this site was designed for.

We suggest that new members continue to post in the support forums, provide some encouragement and tips to others, and maybe consider posting some low carb product reviews in the "Product Review" area (http://www.lowcarbfriends.com/reviewpost/) and add your favorite low carb recipe or review another recipe in the Recipe Room

Your "Senior" status will come along in no time!

Also, Private Messaging access is granted only after posting 25 messages or more and having been a member for 25 days or more.
