Stickies are WAY out of hand!

We're getting WAY too many stickies here. It's not user friendly when you have to spend half your time scrolling past them all. I just peeked into the Century Club and counted NINE stickies, many of which could and should be combined. I haven't bothered counting the number of stickies in the other forums but I've noticed there are more than necessary. How about some consolidation? There is no need for separate stickies for 100 lb, 200 lb and 300 lb losses. Somewhere else that would be fine...like in the success forum. It just doesn't work where there is a lot of daily activity. A simple paragraph at the beginning of a sticky stating what all is included in the sticky could tell people if they are looking in the right place for what they are looking for.

The BFL forum has worked hard to limit the number of stickies so that it is easier to navigate. Including the one from Admin. we have 5 stickies. If I could figure out a way to reduce it more I would.

I am certain that I'm not the only one who is finding the sticky excess to be more of a hassel than a help.

Can you take a vote on the Century Club and ask which ones they would like to combine?
Other than site messages, "stickies" are mostly by request of several members that frequent particular BB's... the Century club is a good example because you'll find mostly the same posters daily there, so they communicate more about what they consider important enough to make a sticky.

Stats: Over 130 pounds lost!
I was helping out the Century Club the other day get a photo thread going and stickied it up for them like some of the other boards have... but first I took 3 other ones down that were no longer needed.... so there are 2 less now....

But I wouldn't worry about the stickies too much... you will get used to scrolling by them and it only takes a second... Each board has a different amount... like on the body for life board... they have a good many also but had combined some to make it easier too... I think you helped with that Deb!!

Take care sweetie..
