hey -
I`m not sure what happened to my original post. I`m very new to this board. What`s the deal - is it just that no one is replying?
I was asked questions and answered them and that was it. Any input would be appreciated.

I read your original post just now. You need to be more specific on what information you want from the responses. So go into more depth now and you'll get the responses that you want. But, I do want to welcome you to the boards because there's lots of support and information for all of us here.

Thank you so much ! This board is alot trickier than AOL boards- and alot more active.

I am eating alot - guess that`s part of the problem. I `ve also been drinking the Atkins Shakes. They`re addictive!!! They might not smart but they got me through some bad days.
I can`t find "the list" of which everyone speaks. Is it online?
