Am I doing something wrong when

going back after adding to a thread? I always end up on the first page and have to scroll back to where the thread was . It is especially a pain when I am on the third or fourth page. After I am done I go to the top and hit "main lowcarb lobby".

I usually hit the "read first unread post" icon (purple circle with white downward arrow). Sometimes it takes me to the last read post, sometimes it takes me back to the same point in the middle of a thread. Very annoying.

I mentioned my problem to one of my sons and he told me about the little dash between the back and forward buttons. Just go back to the third on the list down and that should bring you back to where you were and then back click to get back to page of thread titles.
